The Emergence of Life Skills in Moroccan Higher Education

This paper provides an exploration of a range perspectives and attitudes towards the emergence Life Skills in Moroccan Higher Education curricula. We briefly introduce national context Bachelor’s Degree Reform (BDR) 2019 introducing these skills as well international proactive measures to create new space for well-being policies assessments. The focus present article is explore students professors’ views on officially integrating such innovative modules within academic program first time. In order obtain relevant data, qualitative approach was adopted. findings suggest that majority interviewed university professors were supportive aforementioned reform (BDR). reluctant minority voiced out their concerns over lack clarity regarding teaching evaluation methodologies which there has been no proper teacher training yet. On other hand, students’ narratives after six-week experimental Skills-based course intervention very successful, seems enhance emotional, psychological health, therefore cultivating overall resilience. words, unanimously positive perceived impact deeply transformational.
